Yes, you can send any of the products available on www.rrtosawar.com as gifts to your loved ones along with a personalized message.

In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 15 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we process your refund through the payment mode that you had opted for at the time of placing the order.

  1. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Cash on Delivery is a payment method offered by Titan where you pay in cash when you receive your product. No advance payment is required for COD orders.
  2. Is Cash on Delivery available for international shipping?
    No, the Cash on Delivery service is only available for addresses within India.
  3. Are there any extra charges for using Cash on Delivery?
    No, there are no additional fees for using the COD service.
  4. Which products are eligible for Cash on Delivery?
    All products on www.tanishq.co.in are eligible for COD, except for gift cards, gift vouchers, and helmets.
  5. Is there a limit on the cart value for COD orders?
    Yes, COD is available for orders with a cart value between INR 1,000 and INR 10,000, subject to availability in selected pin-code areas within India.
  6. Which pin codes are eligible for Cash on Delivery?
    COD is available in selected pin codes. You can check availability for your area on the product page, shopping cart page, or checkout payment page. If there is no service in your area, we apologize for the inconvenience.
  7. How will I receive a refund for a COD order?
    In the case of a refund, the amount can be refunded via cheque or NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).

    Option A: If you provide a cancelled cheque with the returned product, the refund will be processed via NEFT within 7-15 working days.
    Option B: If no cancelled cheque is provided, the refund will be issued via cheque in your name, which will be sent by courier. This may take up to 30 working days.
    What are the other terms and conditions for Cash on Delivery?
    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call from our support center to validate the order. If the call is unanswered, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Full payment is required at the time of delivery, and the package can only be opened after payment. Partial delivery of orders is not available.

  8. How can I cancel my COD order?
    To cancel your order, contact customer care at 1800-266-0123 or email ecommsupport@titan.co.in. Note that orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  9. What currencies are accepted for COD orders?
    Our delivery partners only accept Indian Rupees. Please note that Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes, which were declared illegal on 9th November 2016, will not be accepted.
